Terms & Conditions

  1. Maximum of two under 13’s per paying adult with a valid ticket.
  2. No dogs (except guide dogs), barbeques or recording equipment permitted.
  3. Play the field is subject to license.
  4. No refunds other than for the cancellation of the show prior to commencement. Tickets are non-transferable.
  5. In the unlikely event that the organiser is forced to cancel the concert due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to force majeure, there may be no refund.
  6. The organisers reserve the right to alter or change the artist line up, attractions and programme without being obliged to exchange tickets or refund money.
  7. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
  8. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Play the field will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
  9. Tickets are only valid if purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other agents will be refused admission.
  10. Strictly no trading allowed at the site without Play the field’s consent.
  11. A condition of this ticket is that the ticket holder consents to being filmed and sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the performances unless otherwise arranged.
  12. Medical matters are dealt with by a suitable third party medical cover provider. Play the field is not therefore responsible for any problems arising.
